flow-chartAccording to “THE NEW OXFORD AMERICAN DICTIONARY” the primary definition of the word “PROCESS” (noun) is a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end.

So according to this definition you’re going to need a plan of action and a goal.

When you write out your plan it is important to list your goals, write down what specific actions you’re going to take and give it a timeline so that your actions produce results.

The path to weight loss and a better body is a “PROCESS.”

The process requires self-discipline, desire, motivation, realistic expectations, conscious eating, and a written plan of action.

This may seem like a lot but it is not as intimidating as it may seem. Each requirement supports the next.

It all begins with desire.

Once you want it bad enough you visualize the body that you desire and believe that you can achieve it.

Motivation is fueled by your expectation.

Once you can see in your mind’s eye and expect to have the body that you desire, you will develop the self-discipline and be conscious of what you eat.

You can see how one thing leads to the next.

In Hebrews chapter 11 verse 1 it says “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

You can do this! The process works for anyone who has the belief and desire.
