Inaction Produces Results!

We have the power to conceptualize a vision, focus on that vision and take appropriate action to make that vision a reality.
The basic premise here is that an idea must be applied to action in order for it to become a reality rather than a fantasy.
A want without action is a wish.
Herein lies our blessing and our curse.
We are dynamic beings and our very survival depends upon our being able to move.
No matter what you do or don’t do, you will produce a result.
There are 3 principles to creating a healthy body:
Number 1 = Exercise (stimulus)
Number 2 = Nutrition (fuel & building blocks for growth & repair)
Number 3 = Rest
Most people’s problem is too much of numbers 2 and 3 and not enough of number 1.
The point I’m making is that it’s not possible to be truly inactive.
You can mix and match any one of these three and you will get some kind of result.
Without planning and vision you most likely will not get the result you want.
The very nature of your design means that whatever you decide to do there will be a result.
Take control, visualize what you want, create a flexible plan and take action one step at a time.
Do not overwhelm yourself.
There is an old saying you may have heard: How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time!
